M RAW LAUNCHES SUSHI BAR

his July will see the launch of M Restaurant’s brand new summer menu in their RAW restaurant. Created by Executive Chef Michael Reid, who has recently finished a two-year stint with Shannon Bennett in Melbourne and Head Chef Jarad McCarroll, who joined M in October from Chiltern Firehouse. The RAW summer menu has been crafted to celebrate the purity of the finest RAW ingredients, cooked and served on small plates to savour or share.
