Chef Shipra Khanna creates a new dish called “SwisInd Chicken”

Sophisticated in a gourmet establishment, scenic in a mountain hut, relaxing on a sun terrace or rustic in a village locale: Regional cuisine delights food lovers wherever they choose to dine. In April, the gastronomic variation on offer in St. Moritz and the Engadin holiday region was presented to a group of Indian guests on a trip, comprising star chef Shipra Khanna and six Indian guests.
